Lee Hallam, Scott Sitra and Tony Burn’s team win the three person

scramble Golf Tournament

 

 

Lee Hallam, Scott Sitra and Tony Burn took top honors during the three player team scramble at the Mullet Bay Golf Course.

This event organized by the St. MaartenGolf Association (SMGA) drew 12 teams of 3 golfers to the course.

The St. Maarten Golf Association hosted this 18-hole event on a golf course that has been benefitting from the continued rain events over the past months.

 

The 12 teams fought a very close and competitive battle. Luck was on the winner’s side as Tony Burn hit a shot of 85 yards and made an Eagle on their first hole. This contributed greatly to their Net score as all teams were playing with a given handicap. Eventually the winners shot a stunning 63 stroke net score.

Runner’s up was the team comprised of Andy Holmes, Stanley Samuel and Keith Graham with a score of 65 net. This time it was the team of Nittin Mirpuri, Anil Sabnani and Danny Ramchandani which won 3rd place with a net score of 67.

 

The next tournament organized by the SMGA will be the Night Golf Tournament to be held onSeptember 21st, 2024.
